11 tips to burn fat, get in shape, and lose weight

Everyone has different definitions of what's attractive to them. The way a persons body looks is no exception. Some people are attracted to gigantic muscles and huge size, and other people look for a ripped toned body, while others still simply want to lose weight and become thinner. There are very different methods for obtaining these different body types, as well as more balanced options for those who want to just lose a little weight. Perhaps you're one of the people who wants to be gigantic and ripped, with huge bulging biceps and a stunning chest. You want to be able to take on all comers and be respected by everyone. To get this type of body, remember these tips 1. Eat a ton of protein and a lot of calories. Eating low fat isn't that important but it does help 2. If you want to put on weight, use a gainer protein powder 3. If your goal is not to become huge, then don't take a gainer, take a low calorie supplement 4. Do not exercise the same muscles every day. Alternate between muscle groups every other day. 5. Start with sensible weight, and work your way up 6. Remember, this takes time! These tips are great if you're trying to become a giant, muscled beast, but lots of people don't want that and don't find it attractive. For these people who want to get that runner or soccer player look, the ripped cut look, then you would act very differently. 1. Eating a lot of protein while staying away from fat is very important still, but you simple carbohydrates. They break down easier than complex carbs, and give you sustained energy over a long period of time 2. Again, stay away from any high calorie foods or supplements 3. Cardio is you're key to success. It gets your heart thumping and keeps it that way, burning fat all over the body. 4. It is still ok to lift weights, but you shouldn't go overboard 5. Start of gradually and work your way up. Set reasonable expectations for yourself. For some people both of these diet plans are too extreme. Lots of people want to simply lose weight, not get ripped. If you are going for weight loss, then a balanced diet is what you would want to pursue. Simply cut your caloric and fat intake as much as possible, and run every other day and you will see great results. There is an important rule to losing weight and getting fit, and that is to stay focused. Interestingly enough this rule is important to getting what you want in every facet of your life. Persistence will give you results. If you don't think your diet plan is working, you're probably expecting results too fast. If you give it some time you will see a change.
