List Everything
Start a notebook where you write down ideas. Start now! List everything you have ever been interested in since you were a kid. List your hobbies. List things that you have learned at all of the jobs you’ve worked at. And when you are creating this list, don’t stop writing. Don’t erase anything in the list. Just write. Also list the things that you have always wanted to learn. The perfect time to teach someone else to learn a new process is while you are learning or shortly afterwards. If you are learning Photoshop, maybe you can write a short report on how to create e-book covers and save others the time it takes to read a 300 page how-to book. This way you give your customers just the information they need to know. Eventually as you add to your list over time and read books and information related to making money and writing, you will start to find ideas everywhere. You will wonder why you ever waited for ideas before and your notebook will be filled with enough notes for a dozen people to write in a lifetime. |
